Description
"This might be obvious for a couchdb user (or might not), but when using the Filter Results popdown on the view query editor...
If you type a start key (without double-quotes) of... a
Then you get an unhelpful error of...
from:
http://10.3.121.192:8092/default/_design/dev_stats/_view/killers?startkey=a&limit=10&skip=0
reason:
bad_request (invalid UTF-8 JSON: error,{1,""lexical error: invalid char in json text.\n"", ""a""})
It should instead either suggest that you type ""a"" or perhaps even (more controversially?) type the double-quotes for you."
