      Description

      Somewhere under this section: http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-2.0/couchbase-admin-tasks-failover.html

We need to recommend against just rebalancing after failover...it is important to add at least the nodes that were failed (or replacement nodes) before rebalancing and in some cases it might be a good idea to add more...i.e. if the node failed due to sizing problems

I've added a discussion section before the rebalance advice which suggest adding at least an equal number of nodes, or more nodes, to the cluster before performing the rebalance. I've also added a best practice tag to ensure the section appears in our best practice reference.
