expose bucket deletion progress (was: Bucket deletion fails due to "Save request failed due to timeout" , all nodes on the cluster consequently go into pending state.)

Trying to delete a bucket a number of times on a cluster, shows couple of errors on the cluster.

Tried this w/ a few time create/delete/recreate buckets.

1. Bucket cannot be deleted - "Save request failed"

or on other instances, it shows "Deleteion is not complete, but continue" - Does this mean, the bucket deletion will continue while rest of the cluster operations remain unaffected?

2. Bucket create takes too long, over 1-2 minute, typical time needed for this is a couple of seconds.

• Due to this create/delete, the cluster nodes go into pending state intermittently.
