      this covers ns_server work. I.e.

      *) new ui setting

      *) making sure we're passing purging timestamp to compactor

      *) making sure we take last failover and rebalance into account

      Another important part of this is we'll have new API from view engine that will say if particular indexes have "zombie items". And if so we'll have a way to show user document ids of those items.
