2x regression in initial replication speed

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Disable auto-compaction.
      2. Create initial dataset (source cluster), 2KB values, light DGM. Wait for persistence and TAP replication.
      3. Compact bucket.
      4. Initialize remote replication.

      It takes 2x more time now. Both unidirectional and bidirectional replication.
