    Description

      Customer currently runs low_wat at 75% of bucket allocation. Every month or so they will change the allocation on the bucket and then they manually run cbflushctl after the allocation change to reset low_wat.

      request that a provision be made so that these changes can be made persistent so that they are in effect across reboots or bucket allocations.
