Description
In order to simplify a bunch of work we're going to do soon, we should kill a bunch of code that's not needed anymore that's supporting backwards compat with 1.8.x. I.e. cluster_compat_mode:is_cluster_20 must be killed.
As part of that we should adapt few places which detect certain features in various way to check 3.0 compat mode first.
