xdcr spams all cluster management error logs on tmp errors on destination cluster

    Description

      XDCR is currently unable to handle tmp errors at all. Causing avalanche of errors spewed in logs.

      That also causes tons of sockets opened/closed leaving lots of ports busy in TIME_WAIT state.

      That's really bad because it hampers normal investigation of actual errors.
