Description
When doing builds we import 2 different versions of tcmalloc. One is from grommit and the other is from our gperftools github repo. To make matters worse we specify the github gperftools in our manifest so everyone thinks this is the gperftools we are using. In reality this project is downloaded and then immediately deleted. Voltron then grabs a different version of gperftools from grommit and installs that one. This means our builders tell us we are using a certain version of gperftool, but something completely different is installed.
This issue may also occur with other third-party projects that we build.
