Memory leak in Client side moxi during rebalance

    Description

      There is a consistent memory leak with server side moxi when it is connecting to a 2.x cluster and this cluster is rebalancing.

      Was able to reproduce this with just running moxi connecting to a default bucket and running load through the moxi and rebalancing the cluster.
      STAT basic:version 1.8.1_937_rel

      I do not see this growth on the server side moxi:
      STAT basic:version 2.0.1_170_rel
