      Description

      Document fragment responses to sub-document operations currently don't expose CAS to user.

          Can you provide an example? Cas is available from DocumentFragment via IOperationResult.Cas interface and its implemented in OperationResult (which DocumentFragement derives from).

          Yes I had to cast the response to OperationResult to get the CAS.

          var builder = Client.MutateIn<dynamic>(kvp.Key).Counter(path, long.Parse(value));
          var result = builder.Execute();
          I was expecting to see CAS from here (result.Cas)
