      Description

Currently, when using streaming query results accessing properties prior to enumerating results throws an exception.  It would be helpful to be able to check for errors, etc, without being forced to enumerate the result first.

I'm not sure if Fix Version 2.4.0 is correct or not, if it's already gone to QE. Jeff Morris can you double check me?

QE won't happen until later this week. 2.4.0 (SDKQE-891) and 2.3.11 (SDKQE-904) will be separate releases. SDKQE-891 - should have an accompanying ticket for windows and OSX; I will bring in SDK/QE meeting tomorrow.
