      Description

      The PS script that updates the AppVeyor build number for tagged builds is invalid and causes the output to have assembly versions of 0.0.0.0

          Config looks to be working, artifacts are created with the correct name, but assembly patching failed. I've an AppVeyor support ticket to try and get some help on this.

          AppVeyor support have suggested to use the %APPVEYOR_BUILD_VERSION% environment variable instead of the default {version} variable.
