      Description

If you call Cluster.Authenticate(username, password) on a Memcached bucket, the client appears to bootstrap correctly, but then every returns with a NodeUnavailableException because every socket connection fails to auth.

The SDK should fail-fast in this case and raise a BootstrapException.

This is fixed. The client currently throws a BootstrapException with the following error information:

Couchbase.Configuration.Server.Serialization.BootstrapException : Could not bootstrap - check inner exceptions for details.
----> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException : Authentication failed for user 'Bad'
