      N1QL Query Timing is super-seeded by Response Time Observability (RTO) and should be removed.

            Pushing to 2.6.3 because we should engage Support to ensure we're not removing log lines that they depend on.

            Support use this feature regularly and the cross over with ThresholdLoggingTracer isn't complete. Query tracing is enabled outside of ThrsholdLoggingTracer, so doesn't need to be removed and can be operated independently.
