CI Feature/Integration Test Completion for .NET SDK

Description

Update the feature/integration tests based on new environment and strategy. Extend that to two or more supported versions of Couchbase Server.

A litmus test for done: when triggered, does this test run all feature tests against the last release of Couchbase Server and the one before it? As of this writing, that'd be 5.5 and 5.0.

This job will initially run daily for each of the specified versions.

Moving to 2.7.5 as there was a bug with cbdyncluster so couldn't complete combination testing
