Remove OperationBase.SendAsync Overrides For SubDoc Operations

The codebase can be significantly simplified if we remove the many disparate overrides of SendAsync, and instead have a single call which uses OperationBuilder. Differences in operations can be handled by overriding the CreateXXX methods (which will later become WriteXXX methods).
