Enhance OperationBuilder For SubDoc Operations

Sub doc operation specs each have a header with a path length and fragment length. We can use a similar pattern to how we handle the main header lengths to simplify the use of OperationBuilder for subdoc operations. This will be particularly valuable for optimizing serialization.
