Do not implement Spatial Views API in SDK 3.0

Description

Per discussion and documentation, do not implement the SDK API for Spatial Views:

In Couchbase Server 6.0, Spatial Views are no longer supported. See the 5.5 documentation, Writing Spatial Views.

If Spatial Views have already been implemented in the the SDK, the public API should be removed.
