In cases where using pre-6.5 servers and G3CP is not supported, the client will fail with a QueryException if a bucket has not been boostrapped first making it difficult to understand what is causing the error. This can be improved for the user by either throwing a more specific exception and providing details on how to resolve or by hueristics to determine where to send the query.
