No way to get default Scope from the bucket

Description

The RFC indicates the Bucket interface needs a DefaultScope() call - but there is just the scope() call.

And only the defaultScope() is supported in this release. the scope() method needs to be listed as uncommitted and maybe have a note that it's unsupported at this time.
