For data structure operations (i.e. operations with CouchbaseList, CouchbaseMap), the name of the underlying operation (e.g. MutateIn/LookupIn) is recorded instead of the name of the data structure operation itself. Update this, ensuring that the operation name in the top-level span matches the one recorded in the metric.
