fix test and implementation of positional params

Description

It looks like the test for positional parameters is missing the positional piece itself, so the test passes but doesn't test what it should be testing.

Is there a particular test file I should be looking at or is the test just missing in general? Not that changes the positional parameters in QueryOptions to match the RFC.
