The build is working, but the integration tests / combination tests still have failures.

I am closing this bug because there are other bugs filed for those failures.

The current issue seems to be that the Integration Tests are failing with SocketExceptions.  I do not yet know if this is a code issue (changes to connection management) or merely a config issue.
