Share ServerFeatures on IConnection

Description

As we add Snappy compression support, it becomes necessary to know if Snappy compression was negotiated on the connection. Therefore, we should share the ServerFeatures information that was negotiated on IConnection instead of keeping it only on ClusterNode.
