Fix failing Unit Tests

    Description

      Due to NCBC-2933, Unit Test failures were being ignored in Jenkins and some failures slipped in.

      Couchbase.UnitTests.Core.IO.Connections.Channels.ChannelConnectionPoolTests.SendAsync_SingleConnection_NotSentSimultaneously

      Couchbase.UnitTests.Core.IO.Connections.DataFlow.DataFlowConnectionPoolTests.SendAsync_MultipleConnections_SentSimultaneously(connections: 2)

      Couchbase.UnitTests.Core.Retry.RetryOrchestratorTests.Operation_Throws_Timeout_After_N_Retries_Using_BestEffort_When_NotMyVBucket
