Add overloads to create ClusterOptions with System.Text.Json

To support link-level trimming, the methods used will need to NEVER have a call that constructs a DefaultSerializer (not even based on a boolean parameter). We'll need to create something like a static ClusterOptions.CreateWithSystemTextJson(JsonSerializerContext context) method that constructs a ClusterOptions pre-initialized with a System.Text.Json serializer which uses a JsonSerializerContext. We'll need similar overloads for the DI extensions.
