Documentation Clean Up

As part of 2022Q2 quality improvements, there is some additional documentation clean up that we want to get done. See linked tickets, but this is a specific set of areas that need some attention to improve documentation.

• NCBC-2385 / DOC-6551 - concurrent doc mutations
• RTO / maybe reopen NCBC-2677 - needs to expand to the 4-page version found in Java
• NCBC-2476 - Health Check docs

Acceptance Criteria is that the above tickets have been closed. We either suggest the improvements ourselves, or provide the requested info, and help get the tickets closed.
