DI Packaging bug: Error using Distributed Cache Dependency 3.2.5 when 3.3.0

Description

The reason is that between 3.2.7 to 3.3.0 the assembly version is being set to 3.0.1.0.

Reopening as the underlying problem was never fixed and v3.3.2 has the same issue.
