Scan: Fix RangeScanContinue parsing offset

The parsing of data in RangeScanContinue is offset by 1 byte, causing problems when a batch contains multiple documents.

Fix: At the end of the parsing loop, decrement the processed count, then check if there is a trailing byte: if so, increment processed.
