Additionally, it must be documentated (https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/NCBC-3668#icft=NCBC-3668) as a caveat in the release notes and in the SDK docs that older SDKs may experiance slower recovery times if used with server >= 7.6.0 (see https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/MB-60754#icft=MB-60754).
