Update Release version tag in SDK Directory.Build.Props

Description

🧵 Story

The tag CouchbaseNetClientReleasedVersion hasn't been updated since version 3.4.14, and therefore the SDK advertises itself with CurrentAssembly.Version to the server as 3.4.14 when it should be a higher version.

🛠️ Acceptance Criteria

The CouchbaseNetClientReleasedVersion tag in Directory.Build.Props of the SDK should be updated with each new version.
