EFCore adds $id field to every document

I am not sure where this is happening, but EFCore is adding an $id field to every JSON document. It could be related to JSON Schema, but the code that does that serialization is within the Couchbase SDK which has no concept of a schema. It's more likely that it's added to the EntityType, which is then deserialized.
