      Description

      These parameters will be indeed be sent to the server, however additional work may need to be done to ensure that it's working correctly before DP4 release.

            Per query team this wasn't in DP4 and is planned for a follow up release.

            after fixing the scan_consistency parameter (see NCBC-800), REQUEST_PLUS consistency was accepted by the server with latest code from github as of today.
            uint scan_wait was not accepted.
            scan_vector is expected to be a json object or array, but wasn't tested anyway since consistency AT_PLUS is not yet implemented AFAIK.
