    Description

      DNS SRV support should be implemented as per the specification here:
      https://docs.google.com/document/d/172ausWsYt3eYYOZ1lYHVS8ccbrrVJaGwHIRsf_O_Hyc/edit#heading=h.kxyrfw20egi3

      This should be done through lcb's DNS-SRV support and verified.
