    Description

      While working to test the 2.3 release on PHP, I noted that homebrew has a php70-couchbase but no php71-couchbase.

      Also, note that homebrew does not have pear/pecl by default. This is mentioned in the README:
      https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-php#pear-extensions

      At least on my system, I was able to get both pear and pecl with:

      shell> brew install homebrew/php/php71 --with-pear
