Protostellar: Add more exhaustive protostellar integration tests

    Description

      More tests should be added, more exhaustively testing different KV operations (exists, getAndTouch, getAndLock, unlock, touch, lookupIn, mutateIn), KV options & query options (named/positional parameters, consistentWith, preserve expiry etc - existing query tests) some pending implementation or fixes on the protostellar SDK or on the gateway.

      Once the API catches up with the classic SDK, its tests can be imported.
