Description
We would like to use RoadRunner but we are waiting for them to implement gRPC streaming. After some discussion, it should be coming soon, so we will defer this investigation until it's available.

Once available, we need a little time to investigate and experiment, and make sure it will work to enable our other FIT tests that are currently deferred.
Note that we are expecting to do the baseline groundwork to enable FIT tests during this pathfinding phase but the actual work for to get each FIT test working "properly" will be done under each related issue under this Epic.
