Prebuilt libcouchbase deployed in source zip

This transpired while debugging a customer issue, due to the lack of an OpenSSL 1.0.x library (the one used to build the lib) on the target system. I'm surprised this worked at all, but we must prevent binaries from getting into the source distribution.
