Description
Add to the configs (both per-transaction and the transactions one). We need that moved into the result objects as well, for decoding (used in content_as).
Actually, we should just use the Cluster's serializer/transcoder. Lets remove the options from the configs. While at it, lets go ahead and align the object naming in transactions with the spec.
