The txcouchbase management API needs to be re-worked to implement changes that were made along the path to releasing 4.0.
Tasks:
Update mgmt decorator for the txcouchbase mgmt API to reflect changes made prior to 4.0 release (see acouchbase mgmt API for reference)
Add collection mgmt tests
