3.X: Use a new version of Attrs dependencies

    Description

      Problem

      The version of the Attr used by the Python SDK is pretty old and is locked. This means that other packages that use a newer attr cannot be installed with the Python SDK.

      Expectations

      To use a new version of attr and not be locked to one version.

      Workaround

      pip install apache-airflow
      		 
      pip install couchbase --no-deps
