Update Couchbase++ version to incorporate latest changes

Description

Update to the latest Couchbase++ client so that the Python SDK can incorporate some larger changes in the bindings:

  • mutation request/response values are now std::vector<std::byte> instead of std::string

  • replica reads should be available soon
