Authenticator validation

Currently, passing invalid datatypes (i.e. `None`) when initialising a `PasswordAuthenticator` is accepted. An error will only be raised when the SDK attempts to use these values. For instance, passing `None` in the username field will result in a `std::logic_error` only when passing the authenticator to `Cluster`
