Update API Docs to indicate new Collection Management changes

With the recent updates to the Collection Management API, create_collection() and drop_collection() added overloaded methods. The old methods are now deprecated in favor of the new methods. These changes should be reflected in the API docs.

NOTE: The async APIs do not currently have mgmt API docs. We will need to make the same changes when we publish those docs in the future.
