Tag Processor for performer does not always correctly uncomment blocks of code

In some cases, when you run the tag processor for files which already have blocks of code commented from previous runs of the tag processor, it does not uncomment them when the version is newer than the ones specified in the tags. This appears to happen when the code is indented
