pip install does not prefer locally bundled lcb for includes

Using Python 3.7 from virtualenv, trying to `pip install --pre` fails with what seems to be looking to headers from homebrew.

Workaround
`brew unlink libcouchbase` to temporarily remove the homebrew installed lcb.
