Add necessary build tools to the readme.md

If you have a fresh OS X or Linux box, you need some tools installed to be able to build the client. Lets go through the readme and add them. I'm thinking on linux, build-essentials, cmake, python3-dev, etc...

Also maybe a warning about deleting the ./build directory if you are on Mac and do a pip3 install . (at least, until we fix that)
