    Description

According to Steve Watanabe, this silently fails to create an index, although the cluster.query_indexes().create_primary_index() call works:

cluster.query('CREATE PRIMARY INDEX ON `bucket-name` using GSI;')

Steve, please can you confirm that this never creates an index? There is known to be a bit of latency in index creation.

Yes, confirming that this doesn't result in the creation of an index and also doesn't throw an error:

cluster.query('CREATE PRIMARY INDEX ON `bucket-name` using GSI;')

But from the UI Query->Query Edition I enter the same and it works:

Against the current master, this seems to be working fine.  I will confirm on a few different server versions - but there was work done on this after 3.0.0.beta3 so probably we are good now.  I'll update after some poking at it.

Seems to be working on both 6.5 and earlier versions of the server, with the latest master. The recent rework of the cluster interface and query underpinnings must have fixed this (and other things).
