Cluster.disconnect is not currently implemented

Lets implement it. I did recently give it one parameter – a timedelta which can override the default connection timeout (which lives somewhere in the cluster config). That matches the java implementation, though the RFC seems to be ok with no parameters.

In the end, this means something like closing the bucket (which does an lcb_destory), which should be straightforward, I think.
